📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Manage the General Affairs department, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing General Affairs operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
