📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive economic growth and digital transformation in Bangka Belitung.
• Lead and manage a team of experts in various fields including technology, business development, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities to identify and address key challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation projects to ensure they meet the intended outcomes and contribute to sustainable development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in innovation and technology, and propose new initiatives to the provincial government.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international conferences and events related to innovation and regional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the implementation of innovation projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the provincial government.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of the regional context and the ability to work effectively with government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant innovation-related certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel for work purposes as needed.
