PT Wana Permata is seeking a dedicated Assistant Captain to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and the satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the hotel operations and staff.,Oversee daily tasks such as room inspections, guest requests, and maintenance coordination.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless service.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory).,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
