In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
