📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
  • Help with kitchen setup and breakdown, including cleaning and restocking.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
