📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance solutions tailored to the needs of our clients
• Identify and pursue new bancassurance opportunities with our bank partners
• Manage and maintain relationships with bank partners and clients
• Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of bancassurance solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bancassurance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
