📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate the staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
