📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.,Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to ensure successful execution of projects.,Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities and performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
