Cafe Sari Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Deputy Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the main tutor in delivering high-quality education and training programs to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutor in planning and delivering educational programs and training sessions.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting their learning objectives.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other staff members.,Organize and prepare teaching materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and other resources.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.,Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the educational programs.,Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of educational theories and best practices.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent.
