📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
