📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently and accurately.,Manage front desk operations, including maintaining guest records and handling payments.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including supplies and guest information.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry procedures and protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
