HR Generalist - Immediate

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle administrative HR tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
