📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to clinic patients and visitors.,Handle cash deposits and ensure proper record-keeping.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Operate cash register and point-of-sale systems proficiently.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in online sales and customer support via our e-commerce platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
