📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and report any issues to the appropriate parties.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving fleet efficiency goals.,Conduct regular checks and inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
