Mandiri Stainless Steel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the necessary knowledge and competencies to drive the company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Collaborate with the HR team to create and deliver training programs.,Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate and assess the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance.,Work closely with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management software.
