📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization.,Identify training needs and develop training materials, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.,Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance to employees on learning and development initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning and development initiatives with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage a budget for training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
