📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide input on project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is a plus.
