📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job interviews and assessments in Mandarin, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in both English and Mandarin.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, with particular attention to cultural sensitivity.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Use HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools like BambooHR or Workday to manage employee data and HR processes.
• Organize and lead HR training sessions and workshops in Mandarin.
• Stay updated with local labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS tools like BambooHR or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
