Bold Leaf Abadi is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our vibrant events. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services for events.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and entertainment.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract guests and ensure a successful turnout.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
