In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated efficiently, and comply with all regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including regular servicing, repairs, and replacements.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies and regulations.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing reports and insights to management.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.,Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
