📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and productivity.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
  • Indonesian citizenship or work permit.
