📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the visibility and impact of SingHealth's regional health initiatives.,Lead and manage a team of communications professionals to ensure effective execution of communication plans.,Create and distribute engaging content across various channels to inform and educate stakeholders about SingHealth's services and achievements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and the public.,Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outreach efforts.,Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communications to ensure SingHealth remains at the forefront of regional health initiatives.,Represent SingHealth at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and values.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in the healthcare or regional health sector.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using communication tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.,Understanding of healthcare regulations and policies in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
