📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct RF planning and optimization for mobile networks, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.,Develop and maintain RF planning tools and methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient network design.,Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful deployment of mobile network infrastructure.,Analyze network performance data and identify areas for improvement to enhance coverage and capacity.,Provide technical guidance and support to field engineers and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile network optimization.,Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.,Conduct site surveys and drive tests to gather data for RF planning and optimization purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in RF planning and optimization for mobile networks.,Strong understanding of RF propagation, antenna systems, and network planning principles.,Proficiency in RF planning tools such as ATOLL, WinProp, or similar software.,Experience with 4G/5G network planning and optimization is a plus.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
