In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and optimization of wet etch equipment in our semiconductor manufacturing facility. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of wet etch equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Monitor and control process parameters to achieve desired etch rates and selectivity.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and product quality.,Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and process data for analysis and reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on wet etch processes.,Strong understanding of wet etch chemistry, process control, and equipment maintenance.,Proficiency in using process control software and data analysis tools.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as SEMI and ISO.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
