In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing guidance to the tax team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting and a passion for staying updated with the latest tax trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tax department.,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and training to the tax team.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and individual returns.,Conduct tax audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Monitor tax-related news and developments to stay informed of changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
