📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for software products.
• Collaborating with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Reviewing and editing documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Identifying and resolving technical documentation issues.
• Developing and implementing technical writing best practices and standards.
• Providing training and support to other team members on technical writing.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
