📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectables, to enhance clients' skin and overall appearance.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cosmetic medicine through continuous education and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a positive client experience.
• Document all treatments and client interactions accurately and securely.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the clinic's business.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of aesthetic medicine.
• Licensed medical professional with a valid practice license in Indonesia.
• Certification in cosmetic medicine or a related field, such as the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine (ABAM) or the European Board of Aesthetic Medicine (EBAM).
• Proven experience in performing aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively address their concerns.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
