📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Conduct design research and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design concepts and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a strong understanding of brand identity.
