Your daily tasks will include patient registration, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records using our in-house software, Medisys. You'll also assist doctors and nurses with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations in our busy clinics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage patient records and medical documentation using Medisys
- Support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative role
- Familiarity with medical software, particularly Medisys
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- Valid ID and medical certificate (required)
