📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement innovative non-formal education programs tailored to the needs of our community
• Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure high-quality learning experiences
• Utilize learning management systems like Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams to enhance program delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps and opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and other stakeholders
• Represent Pendidikan Maju Bangka Belitung at local and regional education events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-formal education or a related field
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful education programs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using learning management systems like Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with educational assessment tools and techniques
