📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Assist clients with their recruitment needs, including job applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Provide information about company services, policies, and procedures to clients and candidates.
• Maintain a client database and update records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor and track customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
