In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from themed dinners and wine tastings to charity fundraisers and corporate gatherings. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive event strategies, leveraging data and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including themed dinners, wine tastings, charity fundraisers, and corporate gatherings.
• Work closely with our culinary and hospitality teams to create immersive and unforgettable experiences.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing channels to promote events and engage with our audience.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive event strategies, leveraging data and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all events are executed within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure the success of our events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying sizes and scopes.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of our target audience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
